The EngCo Group team is international, we currently have 10 different nationalities within our team,  they are diverse and have many years of experience gained in some of the largest oil companies and EPC contractors in the world. Collectively they possess a very rare but broad skill set,  combined they bring global capability to deliver local solutions.

Career Development

We identify interests, focus areas, and career goals which we then map against company or service offering strategic goals and targets to support both the individual and the company to develop and grow. We conduct skills assessments and define skills gaps for each new on-border and for each and every transition to new roles within our organisation. We identify training programs to be conducted both internally and externally to aid our people in their development and career progression.

To support our people and teams in our shared development goals, we recognise the importance of setting performance metrics that are defined, measurable and achievable. We review our shared goals and targets regularly and create active dialog between leaders, mentors and individual team members.
